We were referred to Lisa and the Jansen Team. Lisa was well informed and knowledgeable about what to look for in buying a property, ie : structural damage, location which would be resaleable, areas to look at for what we wanted.Lisa handled everything from showing the properties to bidding, contracts, inspections, repairs etc. all with a personal touch! Very interested in what we wanted and pleasant to work with. She impressed us to be at the top of her game! She knew how to negotiate costs, an to get the best overall agreement between us and the sellers. She worked expediently with all the inspections, repairs personally. She had our home ready to go for us the day we signed on the dotted line! \We are grateful for the personal touch we received throughout the entire process! We will definitely use The Jansen Team for any future Real Estate needs.
