I cannot recommend Ms. Lisa Gallu of NP Dodge Real Estate enough for anyone seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and caring realtor in the Omaha, Papillion, and Bellevue areas of Nebraska. From the moment we toured our first home March 14th to purchase our home on April 14, she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Despite our original choice turning out to be a disappointment during the tour on March 14, Ms. Lisa graciously offered to show us additional properties we hadn't initially planned to visit, saving the day since we had flown in from Albuquerque, NM. One of those extra houses was perfect, and by that evening, we were negotiating with the seller's realtor, ultimately closing on April 14. Her remarkable communication skills and impeccable organization ensured a smooth, stress-free process, and she provided invaluable recommendations for services like a title company, pest control, and a home inspector. Beyond the sale, Ms. Lisa continued to support us with local referrals for a cleaner, a painter for all 3,400 square feet, and a master bathroom remodel expert, making our move and transition seamless. Her experience with VA loans and understanding of military families, like ours, was a huge advantage. Ms. Lisa truly exceeded our expectations at every step, proving herself to be not just a realtor but a true partner in our journey to finding and settling into our dream home.
